Kinnar Mahotsav

Kinnar Mahotsav is the world’s first festival dedicated entirely to celebrating the talent and spirit of the transgender community. It provides a national stage where members of the community showcase their skills in dance, fashion, music, painting and more. The Mahotsav is not just an event, but a global-first movement that highlights creativity, dignity and pride. By breaking stereotypes and redefining inclusion, it brings the transgender community into the cultural mainstream. Trans-Formation

Trans-Formation is a pioneering skilling and employment program for the transgender and LGBTQ+ community. Designed in partnership with leading corporates and CSR foundations, the initiative provides training, certification and dignified job placements across industries. It is more than a project. It is a lifeline of opportunity, independence and self-respect for a community that has long been marginalized. Forgotten Families

Forgotten Families was born during the pandemic, when thousands were left without food, income or support. Through this initiative, over 4.5 lakh ration kits were distributed across India, reaching households that were truly forgotten in times of crisis. Recognized on the Discovery Channel’s “Bharat ke Mahaveer,” the project stands as a testament to the spirit of compassion and collective responsibility. Forgotten Families reminds us that true progress is measured not by wealth, but by how we care for the most vulnerable among us.

Parivartaan Ka Teeka

Parivartaan Ka Teeka was a nationwide vaccination drive that ensured the transgender community had equal access to life-saving COVID-19 vaccines. Conducted in partnership with the Villoo Poonawala Foundation and Apollo Hospitals, the initiative reached thousands who might otherwise have been left behind. It was not just about vaccines, but about trust, care and equality in public health. Parivartaan Ka Teeka stands as a milestone in healthcare inclusion, proving that change begins with equal access.

Beti Ki Shaadi

Beti Ki Shaadi is a heartfelt initiative to support young brides from underprivileged families who face financial hardship. By extending assistance for weddings and family celebrations, the project restores dignity, pride and joy to moments that matter the most. Beyond individual beneficiaries, the initiative has also contributed to ashram renovations and support for orphanages, in collaboration with the late Padma Shri Sindhutai Sapkal’s mission. Beti Ki Shaadi is a celebration of compassion, ensuring that no daughter’s dream remains incomplete due to financial constraints.
