Trans-formation

Trans-formation is an initiative by Kineer Services to ensure that the marginalized transgender community is given an opportunity to become a part of the mainstream society by skill enhancing and dignified employment opportunities.
Kineer has tied up with Top MNCs and identified job
openings for the community members. Over 560
members have been trained and placed under this
initiative.
Kineer provides this service for free to the candidates
and the clients so that there are no road blocks on the
road to inclusion.
The road Ahead
Kineer wishes to make education, skill, and access to quality
employment accessible to the community members. The following proposals are explained within-
+ Free online learning Platform with Transgender specific content
+ Free Skill development synced with job specific training
+ Free sensitization sessions for companies willing to be inclusive
+ Assistance services with regards to personality and resume
building
Online learning Platform
Kineer has tied up with Keeel to design a
free online learning platform for the
transgender community. The members can
now access quality online lectures and
study material at no charge. Keeel would
also have transgender specific content from
Good touch/bad touch, mental health
awareness, emergency contacts, yoga
sessions etc. The platform will also have
certification courses for members to learn
from the ease of their residences.
Training and Job placement
Kineer has tied up with giants such as Compass Group, Amazon, Hero
Motorcorp Ltd, Boston Scientific, Concentrix etc. We have created
over 800 openings and are now in the process of training and
mobilizing.
Sensitization sessions
Kineer has been actively involved in the advocacy of gender sensitization. We look forward to your support in ensuring we can amplify this voice of change by conducting free sessions for MNCs who are willing to walk on the road of inclusion.
